Tube End facers - TEF Series
The TEF Series Tube End Facers are the ideal tool when a projection is needed outside of the tube sheet. This is achieved by the use of a stop collar which is fully adjustable to the required measurement. This is especially convenient when setting the projection needed for the Powermaster Combination Beading Expander which then beads the projected tube wall back onto the tube sheet.
Cutting Bits come in two grades one for non-ferrous or carbon steel and the other for Stainless Steel and exotics.

Tube End Facers - FB Series
The FB Series is a high-productivity tool used where the depth of cut can be controlled by the driving machine. These tube end facers are available from 3/8″ up to 2.1/2″ OD. Titanium Nitride coated tool bits can be reversed which doubles the tool bit life.

Weld Removal FC Series
The FC Series is mainly a weld removal tool. When placed in the tube and driven by a powerful Morse Taper drill or driver, the blades mill out any previous weld securing the tube to the tube sheet. Blades are easily changed and can be replaced with square blades that flush the tube to the tube sheet.
When large amounts of weld removal are required it can be advantageous to use the Powermaster Weld Mill. These are either electrical or pneumatic making light work of removing the hardest of welds.
